A lot of people are stressing out these days. When I was in college, I went through a pretty stressful time and had a time where I was experiencing a lot of anxiety. Today I found myself in front of the very classroom where I first experienced that and remembered a promise I had made: one day I will help others overcome anxiety.
So here I am and here you are. I’m not a professional therapist (although I do have some graduate training and a Bachelors in Psychology). I’m also not a nutritionist (although I am certified in dietary guidance counseling). However, I am someone who has spent a lot of time learning about the body through experience and reading. So take or leave my suggestions based on your instinct. What I CAN tell you is that I know what I’m talking about, I am very knowledgeable and it’s well worth listening to what I share IF it resonates with you.
Stress comes in all different levels, from “my day was too busy” to “I think I’m dying and oh my gosh, I feel panicky and my mind won’t stop racing”. Speaking of, a lot of people don’t know what an anxiety attack is. If you’ve ever experienced that overwhelming feeling of anxiousness where everything inside feels panicky, chances are you had an anxiety attack. I actually desire to spend very little time describing it because there’s a lot of information you can probably find online AND we’re here to talk about solutions.
First thing’s first: you need to make a change. Chances are something in your life is not currently working for you so you’re giving yourself a big slap in the face. In fact, you’re so stressed out that I’m guessing your body is depleted on key nutrients — like the B vitamins but I’m not going to tell you to go eat B Vitamins.
What I am going to suggest is that you:
1. cut out caffeine, alcohol and excess sugar consumption — this doesn’t have to be forever but for right now, you don’t need this stuff — it will only be taxing on your adrenals and exacerbate the problem…you need to build up the body and get grounded right now so move away from these stimulating foods
2. If you’re eating a lot of junk food, cut it out — you need to make healthy choices like eating more grains (rice, quinoa, millet), lentils, nuts, veggies and fruits (try eating your fruits mainly in the morning) and fish. If you eat meat, try occasionally eating some organic red meat for more B12 — you’ll know if this will benefit you because you will crave it and you’ll feel a difference from eating it. 3. Go on walks — do exercise and activities that help ground you

walk in nature
4. Spend time in nature — the pace of nature is healing, go sit in nature and breathe
5. THIS IS KEY! Breathe — often times holding the breath is part of what keeps the body in “flight or fight” mode during an anxiety attack so if you get in your head or have an attack, deep breathe by breathing in to a count of 10 and breathing out to a count of 10…if that seems too long, start with counts of 5 and work your way up. The key is to slow down your breathing. It’s physiologically impossible for your body to stay in flight or flight mode for long if you continue to do this deep breathing as it will help relax everything.
6. Eat the following Sunrider foods daily: Nuplus (choose the kind that works for you — suggest you try starting with Regular Nuplus and then trying flavors), Quinary (nourishes the major organ systems in the body), Fortune Delight (nourishes the cleansing systems) and Sunnydew (nourishes the pancreas, blood-sugar) AND — this is KEY also — Top, Joi and Ese. See our website to learn more about Top, Joi and Ese
These are just a few things to know to help get you through anxiety attacks. If you have comments or questions, let me know and I’ll share what I can. I also think that nourishing your spirit is good.
If you have anxiety attacks, chances are you are sensitive to your environment — meaning you are an intuitive person. I suggest you consider the resources from the Midwest Center for Stress. Also, check out Sonia Choquette’s books and information since her mission is to teach people how to lead an intuitive life.

Hi, I was just wandering why Ese seems to be taken off the market? I really loved that stuff. I am also curious to know if there is a complete list of ingredients for it that I can look up and research for the purpose of knowing what I’m taking if I were to purchase it. How much does one bottle cost? And, one more question: Can I purchase this product without having a membership?
Thank you for answering so many inquiries. :0)
