Lately I’ve enjoyed diving into the “basic” Sunrider foods & teas which can be found in the Sunpack — Nuplus or Vitashake, Quinary, Alpha 20C (body’s defense system) & Calli Tea or Fortune Delight. Great Sunrider sports drink

One of my recent favorite Sunrider blends I learned about from my favorite Nutritionist is to put 1/2 a vial of Sunrider Evergreen and 1/2 packet of Sunrider peach Fortune Delight into a large bottle of water. I have found when I drink it before or during exercise, I like the effect — for me personally, my body tends to naturally feel more endurance.

Incorporating Sunrider into your everday living is pretty straightforward. The basic Sunrider foods – Nuplus, Calli, Quinary, Fortune Delight and Sunnydew – come in powder and liquid forms. I like this because not only do they provide a significant nutritional contribution to your body but they are convenient. Someone should market them as ‘the healthiest fast food on the planet’. (laughing) Maybe I just did.

Just Getting Started with Sunrider
If you’re just getting started with Sunrider, it’s helpful to know that people have different regimens. That said, when I started eating and drinking Sunrider in 2000, the common program was to consume the Sunrider foods three times a day. Some eat more, some eat less. I’ve certainly varied over the years. In short, you need to find the Sunrider regimen that works best for you. By this I mean to see what it takes to really feel the difference from eating these foods. You will feel a difference.
